The Home & Garden Store guarantees its nursery stock for 90 days.  If our company delivers and plants the stock you purchased from us, we extend the warranty to 180 days from date of purchase. Special order products (products that are not in stock at our nursery) are not guaranteed by us.  Although our point-of-sale system may have your purchase on record, we recommend that you save your receipt.  Guarantee applies to woody plants. Items discounted 20% or more have no guarantee whatsoever. 

Hard goods such as rakes, shovels, fertilizer, and peat moss may be returned within seven days of purchase, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may be charged.  Chemicals may be returned within the seven days as long as the seal is not broken on the product, otherwise by federal law, we are not allowed to accept returns on this type of product. A 20% restocking fee may be charged.
 
Gifts and home decor/accessories may be returned within the seven day period. Returned items may incur a 20% restocking fee.
 
Any product returned must be in the same condition as it was when the item(s) left our facility.  It's at the discretion of The Home & Garden Store to determine the condition of any product returned.
